I borrowed this game from my friend uncertain on whether I would enjoy it or not. And, I really enjoy it. I have never played Dark Souls before but I know enough of it to compare it to Code Vein. Code Vein has such a great selection of customization items to create your own character in this world. My friend even made a Raphtalia from Shield Hero in this world. I have yet to finish the story but it is very good and the maps offer a variety of bosses and unique mechanics to understand. I would highly recommend this game for those that want an easier version of Dark Souls before stepping into the actual one or if you are a fan of anime related games.
