For all the people who are saying stick to the book, as a sci-fi reader, bookstagramer, a book reviewer etc. I am all those things as well and yes it sucks when the book you love doesn't get a good adaptation. But, coming from a science background and knowing how people are just so lenient when it comes to sci-fi movies or series because description, imagination, view, creativity, theories (scientific), limitations is just difficult to portray and this series just did all those things. People need to stop crying and saying it's not like the books etc, you don't know what they have planned for further!!! Secondly, honestly you cannot expect everything to be same in an adaptation, I am sucha a big bookworm but, I came to an agreement long time ago that it's how the WRITERS, DIRECTORS AND EVERYBODY WORKING ON IT WANTED. If you don't like it give it a hard pass!!! Stop blaming everything like the cast, the characters, the culture, the science, the books. It is a great show, and for someone who might have been struggling to reach their audience be it for books or the show it's a huge deal. Because of the series I would definitely want to read now what's what!
