I don't know what these other reviewers saw. Maybe they like to criticize to hear their own voices but I couldn't disagree with them more. It is a super fun film and I liked it even better than the first one. In a world now with tremendous turmoil we need movies that can engage audiences and entertain. The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard delivers. Salma Hayek is not only sexy but she steals every scene she's in. Samuel is always good and Ryan Reynolds is a crack up. I've been a journalist and film reviewer for years and I still marvel at the pompous journalists that feel they have to find some criticism to make themselves feel good. Don't listen to them on this one. It's an EXCELLENT movie and I was thoroughly entertained and you will be too. Don't listen to these pompous journalists and critics who are just giving their highly subjective views which are often wrong. If you want to be entertained run to see this movie and don't pay the pompous critics not a bit of attention.
