None of the songs have melody and, that used to be a hallmark of Metallica. - James always said it was a requirement. All the songs sound like the same song in a different way. There is nothing to delight about it. There is no song that you will sing along to. You may chant along and, I think this album is ideal for people that do not have a musical ear. It is very trendy and one dimensional. It is a forgettable album but then, I will probably be in the minority. Very disappointing indeed
