100/5!! I can't say enough about this series. I had seen the movie years ago and loved the chemistry between Hathaway and Sturgess but was intrigued by the fact that the female lead in this series was played by a South Asian which drew me in to watch it. Wow, what a rollercoaster of emotions where you feel like you are right by their side – going through every emotion with them. The chemistry between Dex and Em is palpable and authentic, and you cant take your eyes off of Ambika and Leo - brilliant performances by both. It felt so special to witness their journey and your heart aches every time you watch each of them loving the other but too fearful to admit it. The dialogues were engaging yet profound, the soundtrack adding an ethereal quality to the story, not to mention stunning locations. In a word – the experience of watching the series was beautiful. I was captivated and heartbroken throughout, deeply invested in them and their story, and this series touched me in a way that I'll never forget. If you're looking for a real, heartfelt coming of age story filled with love, loss, joy and sadness with a soul felt connection, this is a must watch! I'm still thinking about it days later.... Oh and the soundtrack – simply soul stirring…especially Vanbur. Enjoy!
