I loved Downton Abbey. I love Christine Baranski. I watch everything on Masterpiece Theater. I hate Gilded Age. I watched 3 episodes before I gave up. The acting and dialogue are wooden. The nouveau riche railroad baron and his wife are especially unconvincing. This could have been so great, but somehow it just doesn't ring true.
