A disappointment. Mind you, I wouldn’t rate this 1 star, rather I feel I have to because of all the 5 star reviews - bring balance to the force as someone may say. The first half is pointless. Spectacle for the sake of spectacle, its all wasted time, invented by the scriptwriters to give the illusion of conflict without giving any. The second half is more plot-driven, but every character excluding Rey and Kylo is given very very little to do. If you’re a Star Wars fan - see it. Hell, you probably already have. But the average movie-goer? Return to the original trilogy; this one has proven it had no idea where it was going since Disney purchased the franchise.
