Don’t recommend. Buzz not a hero, just a guy trying to correct his mistake. Never a “Buzz Lightyear to the rescue”. He isn’t confident nor competent. They mocked “to infinity and beyond” (with the pull my finger gag) and his (stupid) Star Command Logs. All the great action scenes came from Captain America movies that used REAL live people. Plot point between Buzz and Zurg was not appropriate for children (in my humble opinion). At the end, I didn’t care about him, them or “their victory”. It would be a very forgettable story if it weren’t so incredibly disappointing to the franchise. Congrats Pixar, you definitely made a movie that is NOTHING like the Toy Story Buzz. My son was so looking forward to seeing this and didn’t say a word about the movie at the end (usually, he won’t stop telling me about his favorite parts). I think if you love Buzz, you will hate this movie...The 3D was crazy good, though.
