Brian Carter

This show sails with high quality in all respects right up to the last 30 minutes. Then, it completely rips you off with the most perfunctory and unearned conclusion. Like you can just see the writers quit and toss every hoary cliche they can think of before the credits roll. Too bad. All that talented acting and cinematography ultimately wasted. It had 4 or 5 stars up to that point. Seriously disappointing. Jane Austen is puking in her grave.
