Truth: This album harkens back to the Rocks album in tone. It also has some of Rock in a Hard Places disjointedness. It did not sell millions nor get airplay much when released. Only us die hards bought it. Modern 90 s country pop ballad cross over fans should not buy this. Hard Rock and Metal fans should buy this. It sounds like a studio bootleg of a club date with the band playing their 70s style on 11. I saw the tour of this set and really had a great time in early 1986. Please buy the bonus track version with Darkness on it because that excellent album closer being left off the early release was a crime. My two cents. Your milage may vary.
