This book is a must have for every school. As a recently retired school principal and Literacy PD presenter/coordinator over the years I would always purchase a minimum of two books for every school I led. The samples across the genres were excellent, the purpose behind training educators first, then their students, in the benefit of the 'linguistic spill over' was spot on and the strategy spans all learning areas.
