This has become the most boring show on TV. I will definitely not watch it again since it is mind-blowingly awful. Sue Barker has charm, wit, personality and panache. The two team captains could hold an audience easily with their demeanour. Now it is just bland. And one struggles token awake.

Having read and very much enjoyed the book I could not wait to see how they had treated it in the film. It was totally obvious that Daisy Edgar Jones did a lot of work for this film and hats off to her. Other than that it is a schmaltzy film with a crazy ending. Getting to this ending the book made sense whilst in the film it came out of nowhere.

I thought the cinematography was brilliant. Other than that I thought it was really sick lacking any respect for the interaction between human beings.
