I was sent to Caine and Weiner for collections from progressive insurance. Fortunately I cleared my debt up with progressive but I still showed a collection on my credit report. So I call C&W talked to a Ms. Jenkins a rep for C&W to see if they would remove my negative remark on my report. With Ms Jenkins help and her professionalism they were able to remove it.
