been reading/watching One piece for over 20 years, Uta is the worst character/villian ever created in the series. Her action, her will for the action, the plot and everything are just bad (compare to all the stuffs Oda had ever made, this is nowhere near the standard quality). Still the animation are fire, and Usopp got to meet his father, so if you are looking for something good to look at, this is sure the movie for you, but if you are a fan of the series, i affraid that you will be dissapointed.
