Halle shone like a star as Ariel in this latest adaptation of The Little Mermaid. She, along with the rest of the cast, were absolutely phenomenal. My thoughts and feelings weren't tainted by the original seeing as I never really watched the cartoon version growing up, so I went in with an open mind and really, just a love for Halle Bailey as a person. I plan on seeing it again, this time with my nephews and a few friends.
