This for me is by far the best sit-com I've ever seen. I would take the liberty to point out that Brooklyn 99 would basically be our own family once we have completed the series, such is the way the the directors develop the characters into someone so close and dear to us. Be it Rosa Diaz or Sergeant Terry, they all have evolved over the period of 7 seasons into a group of people from NYPD, that have taken us through a funny, adventurous journey. Why Brooklyn 99 edges out it's competition? it's because of the sublime character development. With a limited cast and total attention and detailing given to them along with a [as mentioned before] superb character development. this show doesn't forget a single cast member, and all of them stay at their strong point throughout the show.
