When you cast Ilaya Thalapathy, producers have least to worry about the monetary benefits the movie brings. But for a director to conceive a movie to satisfy Actor Vijay's massive fans is a different scenario. And yes, his fans; they don't care whether the movie is good or bad, they'll watch it in any case. Now the big question comes, is the movie good? No, definitely it's not. As many felt Vijay definitely tried to come out of his safety cocoon and there are so many scenes to prove this, but for the director to cater his hero's charisma was a heavy burden for the shoulders to carry. We, surely, can expect many wonders from Sri. Lokesh in the future, but only when he concentrates on his movie, to make it a better one. Not to satisfy some actors fan followers.
