My family calls Muscle for Life “The Book” because I reference it so often for diet and exercise. My wife said that applying The Book has “transformed my body”. I wasn’t particularly overweight but getting up there and had developed a pretty good pot belly as I approached 58. I also struggled to get activities done around our cottage because I lacked strength. My wife saw The Book at Costco and bought it for me ($19.99!) because I was complaining so much. Everything has changed with remarkable, noticeable results thanks to The Book (weight and body fat down, muscles and strength up!). It is highly recommended as it is clearly based on science but it is applied in practical and easy to stick with steps particularly for beginners. It is NOT an advanced study of workout routines etc.
