The Matrix: Resurrections is a cash grab that desperately tries to reignite what made the original trilogy so special, only to fall flat on its “bullet-time” face. Lacklustre fight scenes, unnecessary flashbacks and muddy character motivations leave the audience feeing wholly disappointed.
