I HATE THIS MOVIE!!! It took away everything that makes slam dunk great. No humor, no interesting characters or interactions, and soulless animation. Yes the animation was of good QUALITY but the faces were expressionless. It was extremely boring and hit no emotional chords. We have no reason to care that his brother died, and no need to rehash it 800 times. The only glimmers of hope in the movie were the 10 seconds of screentime that hanamichi got. Idk why everyone loves this movie. I had been looking forward to it for literally years and when it ended i was beyond angry and disappointed.
