I’m only halfway through but the following things are bothering me…. The chemistry between all the characters is just… off. Cole looks like a 30 year old, Jackie looks like a 14 year old… it’s just weird. Danny and Erin are the only 2 characters whose chemistry is charming. Jackie’s wardrobe is driving me nuts. The girl really over does it on the blouses with a sweater on top. Apparently being a “goody goody” means having no fashion sense, which could be believable but her mom was supposedly a top NYC fashion designer. The Walters are having major money issues. And then they get landed with Jackie. Why wasn’t the life insurance money, or any inheritance, given to the Walters to help support Jackie as well as help with some of the bills. You can’t tell me Jackie’s parents made their will out to say “here’s our daughter but you get none of our finances!” I get that it’s just a show but I’m pretty sure real life isn’t even close to THIS dramatic. Like it’s to the next degree, over the dumbest things. Lord help us… I thought the Colorado mountains made them tougher than this.
