The series isn’t well lit in some of the scenes. But it’s a good series. But the book was way better. I love reading a book before actually seeing the movie or show. Please do read the book if you get the chance. I think the book made me cry more than the series. I couldn’t put it down, wanting to know what happened to each one of the characters.

I had moments of tears, knowing how it feels to lose a loved one that is like glue to the family. (That glue is what held the family together) I would have liked to know more on the back story of the town. But I assume it is a lot like other towns in Greece and Italy that have become abandoned due to lack of jobs and distances from bigger cities. Yes the humor was not there like 1 & 2, but this was more of a sentimental film. I enjoyed the heart warming moments.
