I was expecting to learn more about Napolean, but the movie focuses more on gory war scenes. It's choppy and slow, one minute he's in battle and the next he's in bed. The relationship between him and Josephine is so poorly defined I couldn't figure out why they were in love. There's no reason to go see this movie.
