I can't say enough about this wonderful series. I found it because I really like Ben Miller. Never would I have guessed that each season would bring forth a new Detective à la how, Dr. Who would "replace" the Dr. with a new face. I believe that is why this series continues to remain fresh. At first, I was disappointed when Ben Miller was "offed", but the formula works extremely well. The mainstays are more than superb. While Sara Martins, Élizabeth Bourgine, Joséphine Jobert, Aude Legastelois-Bidé, Shyko Amos, and Tobi Bakare have and continued to really make the show great, I don't think enough can be said for the "heart" that Don Warrington brings. Don and Tobi are the foundation and the glue that makes this program such a treat for me. I'm a Southern boy from Georgia, The Peach State in the US, not the country in Eastern Europe, but I find the programs from the UK to be far superior to the drivel that is offered up in my country. And, yes, I adore Dido. I turn 73 in a couple of weeks - 1/14/49. You wonderful people from "across the pond" are in my heart and soul. Peace.
