What I loved about this documentary is how it just shows the daily lives of those living in the "Blue Zones". Yes, there's comparisons to why there are virtually no blue zones in the US, but that's how they reinforce the differences in lifestyles and diets that contribute to the longeivity of the people.
Most importantly, it shows just what the folks are doing and/or eating. There is so much contradictory and confusing information/misinformation that is provided by so many folks today, whether they are "professionals" or "influencers", I feel it tends to be more counterproductive.
The bottom line of this documentary is that it allows the citizens of these blue zones to just tell it as they've done it, for years and years. No pushing of products. No marketing of brands. No self promotions.
