Wow. What an eye-opening quick read. This book answers the questions I didn't know how to ask and focuses on where I need to look to overcome those 'lids' in my life. It's greatly helped me and my wife out, as well as given me areas to focus in on with my kids and those relationships around me. I highly recommend.
