Some characters need to be Nerfed and buffed. Lawbringer, for example I think needs hyper armor and to punish better. He can Perry and lead with a heavy that's able to get parried back? The new Japanese character, I forgot her name, doesn't need hyper armor on her lights. Nor does she need such fast lights. I'm not sure what you guys were going for with her.
