Dumb Asses

The critics got this one WAY wrong... again. It's a beautiful story, with great acting and great casting. I don't do Lifetime movies, romantic comedies, chick flicks, bromance films and any other cheesy genres, but this one has it all. Yeah yeah the Book Shmook, go see it! It would also be an exceptional date film!

I'm 52 years old and remember the popularity of Elvis, very clearly. I've seen countless videos and know many songs. Watching this movie took me back to those moments with my late parents. that were big Elvis fans. I even remember Kurt Russell doing Elvis in a made for TV movie back in the day. I even saw an impersonator with my parents in like 78' in OKC. There's never been anyone that has came as close to impersonating Elvis like this dude. He is obviously a fan and just took it all in like I've never seen. He knew the material and he felt it. What an awesome movie. I've read a lot of reviews, but I can tell you, there's nothing to criticize. It was just fantastic. It was also 2 hours and 39 minutes long and I didn't even come close to dozing off, which is miraculous. If you've ever appreciated Elvis or even if you haven't, GO SEE IT and you will.
