Final Fantasy XV is a fantastic JRPG that introduced and hooked me on the genre. I believe it to be a phenomenal experience for "Fans and first timers". However, if you do plan on playing, do so with the Royal Edition. It includes most of the DLC including more content towards the end of the game.
