I am really disappointed with your ordering app
I ordered one purse and received three. I was unaware of the fact that I had ordered three handbags all the same color. I texted your company immediately when I was tracking my order. It hadn’t been shipped yet and told your ordering department I thought and asked to have two handbags canceled. Didn’t happen. On the same day I ordered one wine decanter and received two.
I want to return two handbags and one wine decanter. How does this happen???
For me to return these items the shipping is more than the value of the items. I have told my friends about how you get rid of merchandise at your consumers expense.
You ripped me off and I’m letting people know that live in my area and friends and family.
I have removed your company from all my contact list.
