Chad Milam – Google

At least this show started to suck early instead of waiting until the 10th season like GOT. Hey, I respect that. If you have no plans to make a show that gains momentum or lives up to it’s own hype, spare me 3 more seasons of crap so I can go find another one to gamble on. It’s not unwatchable and it is entertaining at times, hence 2 stars instead of 1, but it’s going nowhere fast. Maybe season 3 will turn things around, but honestly after 2 seasons I feel like I should be biting my nails in anticipation for the next season, not debating whether I’ll even watch it.

I’m not a huge Godzilla fan or never have been, so this is an unbiased review. In fact, when a coworker asked if I was going to see this movie, I said no chance. But after seeing the near stellar reviews and the box office success, I gave it a shot. And I don’t regret it for a second. The film really pays tribute to the old school film from the 50’s. The music, cinematography and overall mood all pay homage to the classic. The amazing storyline paired with the colossal monster make for a truly amazing film. I don’t think it’s staying in U.S. theaters for long, so I’d catch it asap.

I’m 195% sure that 95% of this film didn’t happen. In order to make a movie about something so boring (Tetris), they had to develop an almost entirely fictional plot around it. In my opinion, if you have to do that, just don’t make the movie at all. At first I was fact checking until it became so over the top ridiculous that I didn’t even bother. KGB interference, high speed car chases, I mean what’s next, a film about how WW2 was actually over the rights to Monopoly?
