An insightful read especially in the run up to the holiday season. One of my favorite quotes from the book is "Genetics loads the gun, and environment pulls the trigger". While pertinent to our eating habits and their implications, I felt this quote also shapes how we view and treat those around us whom we may perceive to be different from us.
