Very surprised Mark Wahlberg and Kevin Hart chose to do this very poor film. Love both of those actors so thought it was going to be good. Not funny at all, and at times, just completely stupid. Don’t waste your time, because that’s exactly what this movie does.

Terrible movie. Two hours of absolutely nothing happening. Slow moving, boring story about two women; one struggling with motherhood and the other remembering through flashbacks of her struggles. I get there were scenes with metaphors (nice on the outside, rotting inside) BUT WHAT WAS WITH THE ENDING? Don’t waste your time.

Awful. Jane Austen would never end her story this way. It was so disappointing and then to have PBS dangle “well, maybe there will be a season 2 and then you will get the true Jane Austen ending” What?!? Sorry I watched it.
