This film is so regressive for Elle's character. She ended the first movie as TOP of her class then all of a sudden she is a ditz again and can't even hold a simple conversation it's so annoying. She also feels so much less driven and personalised as though the writers went straight to all her visible traits and ran with the Barbie doll image. She feels unrespected in day to day life and it presents her as an object to those around her and removes her strength to move past those who mistreat her which I loved in the first film lmao

Omg can chicha amatayakul act! She plays the role of Nanno perfectly and I have no idea how on earth she does it!!! Can't imagine anyone else doing that signature laugh of hers. So happy with season two, only on the second ep of 2 rn and am so excited about the expansion on lore that was alluded to in the first episode!!! Excited to delve more into what exactly Nanno is and their purpose.

This movie is one of my favourites, fav outta the cinderella story franchise but the whole bolly wood school dance thing doesn't age well and felt off to watch in this time.

i cried numerous times. this movie has been directed and performed great. i liked the way it was written, the direction and the whole movie. it knew how to relay emotion on a subject distant from me and thats impressive
