I wanted to like it. However after that the line of duty anti climax I was glad that I did not got my hopes up. The first two episodes are only somehow les coherent than a toddlers rambling and the story line is patchy to say the least. I have strong doubts that the researchers did anything but glimpsing on YouTube and browsing the web on the royal navy and the life on a submarine. What a shame..

Not as good as the original. The cast is decent but it lacks the atmosphere the original had.

It's not the best and not the worst, yet mediocre at his best. The plot is artificially stretched out and it seems deliberate long winded. In most movies this creates if anything some suspense. However in 3022 this doesn't work since the many questions are not answered, such as what exactly happened to earth or what is the actual mission. Nor is it as good was you would expect if event horizon or sunshine is your cup of tea. Sadly 3022 is a very bland brew of weak story, dark atmosphere and flat with plenty of holes plot.
