As someone who beat the first game and all its dlc on hardcore, this game is definitely a huge improvement from the first. Those of you complaining that you have to play the game to get gear, you play x hours and didnt get this item… Every world is randomly generated. Ive made 3 characters and the story path started me on a different planet every time, the combat is epic and satisfying, the skills all feel unique and the variety of classes alone (there are 9) make this game easily the best this year. This game is meant to be played in level stages as well, you want to start on survivor and move up as you gain levels. Any one of you saying this game is bad, has clearly never played dark souls or diablo 2

I was quite surprised I found myself so captivated by this game. The story and side quests have actual depth, the combat is phenomenal (albeit online play is scruffy at times) and the build options are extremely variable. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys looter shooters, cheers.
