main story: 11/10 character development : 12/10 graphics: 13/10 NPC AI: 12/10 Gameplay Mechanics: `10/10 only few games has had power to make you emotionally attached to a game. this easily tops that. what a beautiful game and the story. loved every minute of it.

story:10/10 graphics: 10/10 NPC(either in car or pedestrian): 1/10 car mechanics : 1/10 shooting mechanics: Average overall: 6.5/10 once you're done with the story. there is nothing else you can do in this game sadly. Main story is very very good and side quests are okay too. but there is no fun element besides that in this big of a city. also so many bugs!!!
