Love this show! I like that it doesn't portray anyone as being perfect, although some of the girls are a little extreme- but that is probably true! I hope there is a season 2!

enjoyable movie about a man who is told he is a "healer", even though he resists being a healer & doesn't want people coming to him for healing. He eventually discovers he does have feelings & honestly cares for a teenager with cancer and the woman vet he is working with. Some people are upset this isn't a "faith-based" movie, but I feel that's because they think all "faith" is rose-covered glasses, that we never have doubts or get mad at God and can't believe anymore. This man had lost his family, including a brother to cancer & probably felt God wasn't there for him as well as any kind of religious help or understanding. Also, Cecilia didn't say she was a lesbian to attract him, it was because she'd been told he would just try to get in to her pants, so it was to repel him.

a heartwarming story about a dog that refused to quit! True story about the Alaskan sled dog Togo who led his team for the serum run in Alaska in 1925. Great acting, beautiful scenery, suspense, humor....this movie has it all!

I wasn't sure I'd like this show at first, but it really hooks you in! The characters are interesting, as is the story. I didn't give it 5 stars because sometimes it is just too unbelievable, with how often the main character escapes situations. the story takes place of course in the Outer Banks. A teenage boy enlists his friends help to find his father who disappeared 9 months ago, while looking for an ancient ship holding treasure. Outer Banks explores the tension between the "poor" and the wealthy families, how some are instantly assumed guilty while the wealthy get away with murder. this show is at times intense and also provides humor to lighten the darkness.
