Mr X

Very good movie. However I think the mother jumped to conclusions prematurely about young Esther even though she was proven right. The storyline overall was brilliant. It was at times a funny movie with lots of thrilling or chilling moments. Can’t help but be slightly sorry for the Esther character because deep beyond the evilness was a very lonely demented woman.

The kind of film that keeps you interested but amounts to nothing. Just weird.

Apart from the message of the moral dilemma and consequences of making decisions, I failed to understand the point of the movie. I feel the true message could have been better executed than it was. Quite a weird morbid movie tbh.

I must have missed the boat with this film. I missed the first 30 minutes and found it hard to follow thereafter. I felt like I was the one with dementia. The film skipped from this to that back to this to that and I just became confused. Perhaps I would understand if I watched from the beginning.

Very unrealistic movie. Speed vs Too Fast Too Furious hybrid.

Took me an hour to get my head around what I was watching. The longer the movie went the more I enjoyed it. I would not be surprised to see a sequel to this movie as the ending had ‘watch this space written all over it’

Clever movie but that ending was weird. How can someone text when they’re dead? I didn’t quite grasp that part.
