This was a really fun take on the whole Groundhog Day premise. Don't go into this expecting substance, it's just a fun action movie with a splash of emotional bonding.

If you watched the first two movies, your expectations shouldn't exceed that. This third installment is basically the first two movies, you just add in Bill and Ted's daughters who are trying to help them save the multiverse. The movie is still entertaining, it just doesn't push much farther than that, which is fine.
