Adam Imundo – Google

Great movie for those of us who already watched season one. I have no idea why some companies are giving this a bad rating, like common sense media(whatever that is). But one thing that these companies keep doing, is relating the demon slayer movie to another movie called "Mugen Train." And some other stupid stuff(not even critiquing the movie). Regardless, the movie was great, animation was splendid. Yes there was cgi, but grow tf up, it wasn't even bad. They did an overall amazing job at incorporating such a detailed, and small, arc into movie form.

I liked the story of the book. It was very sad to find out what happened to the sisters, yet I really enjoyed learning about them. The one thing that really sets me off is the way the book is formatted. What I mean is that the way the events take place, and the way the chapters are written is very sloppy and confusing, in my own perspective of course. For a class assignment, I was tasked to read chapters 1-4. I read the chapters thoroughly, and took notes. However I simply couldn't understand what was going on. I got a horrible grade on the quiz; it was as if I didn't even read. I then began to find myself lost when reading the book. For example, after reading chapter 1-4, we had a class discussion(keep in mind I read these chapters extremely thoroughly) on it. When the other students, including the teach, would bring up something that happened in the book, I couldn't even recall it happening. It just doesn't have a very good grab on the reader I guess. Before you assume that it's my fault, or that I wasn't paying attention, just know that I was heavily anticipating this book. Furthermore, another book I read for class was "The Alchemist," a splendid book, which I had no trouble reading. I clearly remembered every event, character, and place in the book. I just feel like "In the Time of the Butterflies" lacks this sort of clarity.

(EDIT): Woah, sorry i didn't mean to write this much(a literal essay). But long story short, great show, deep meaning(s), lots of gore, explicit, and for mature audience. (PS: WATCH THE SHOW) I saw a clip from the show in meme, and it really drove my interest. So I decided to watch the show. After the first two episodes or so, I realized I couldn't stop watching it. Its nothing you would expect from an anime. After I finished it, I just kept wondering if a part two will come. I can assure you that if you watch the anime and finish it, you'll be waiting for a part 2 in hopes that 10 episodes won't be the end. Regarding the anime in a whole, the mood, tone, and emotion you may take from watching it is nothing like other shows/animes. This anime allows the watcher to embrace in laughter, shock, sadness, surprise and many more vital emotions(in my perspective) that play a huge role in making an anime or show good. Considering the watcher. I can assure you(the watcher) that in order to enjoy this show(and truly many more), you need to be mature enough to have a complete understanding of the importance of the tone. This show isn't for people who are young(that's for sure), its not for people who lose interest quickly, people who can't take gore, and for people that don't understand importance of setting/subject.
