Ok , it’s a romcom so we know how it turns out . But there were some scenes I was laughing so hard I had tears. Scenery from Australia was an added bonus. A great suprise for the 2023 movies.

Immensely creative, interesting engaging characters, and good special effects….but the real story is about holding a family together under incredible stress.I loved the movie…my wife not so much.

Cheesy, predictable, somewhat saterical. The character dialogue was missing any real genuine emotional quality. That said , some of the special effects and stunts were entertaining… so not a total waste of time . And orobably best seen on a big screen . Don’t have high expectations.

This film is just about bad enough to become a cult classic , like “Snakes on Planes “ bad! But the soundtrack is good and it’s relatively short, and it’s Ray Liotta’s last film…. so if you see it keep the expectations low.

The best movie so far of 2023… and possibly for the rest of the year, it’s that good.Marianna Trevino has set a standard for the best supporting actor award. Don’t miss this one!

Another film in which I had low expectations … but actually enjoyed watching. What made this stand out for me were the realistic , suspenseful, and downright scary animal attack scenes as well as the two teenage daughters being…well ….teenage daughters. I recommend seeing it on a big screen for the full effect.

My wife and I saw it last night. She was super tired and often times has nodded off in that situation….but this film held her interest throughout. Its a feel good movie. Something our world needs more of now. See it, enjoy the wonderful story , acting , and sets. Interesting to learn about the high end fashion industry as well.

Saw this without high expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Think of a cross between” Little Mermaid “ and “Shape of Water”. Only 6 people in the theatre and the overwhelming consensus was “ We enjoyed it!” It does have a feel good vibe.
