Dave is a man with a clarity of thought that is refreshing in these days of twitter and social media soundbites. He constructs stories that always have a solid point while smoothly peppering it with the unexpected punch lines that make him unquestionably one of the greats. Anyone who takes offence at his material simply hasn't listened properly or doesn't understand what I think he's really trying to say. For me, at least, the point isn't the jokes... they're what give him a platform and keep people engaged, his entire career has been about pointing out social injustices between ALL groups of humanity and doing it in a way that anyone with a clear mind can appreciate, understand and enjoy.... thats a talent!! Keep it up always and I'm sad that we may not hear from you again (or for a while) you'll be sorely missed... (from an ageing, Bi Scottish white guy! 🙋‍♂️
