At times difficult to read because of the horrendous treatment of the Indian people, this story is important to understand just how the British treated those they ruled over.
Such a weaving of history and continents, I love how Ms Anand tied everything together. Kudos to her for all of the incredible research she undertook regarding Udham Singh especially and those he mixed with as he undertook his life's quest of revenge.
