I was wary of watching this movie as I generally hate remakes. I was very pleasantly surprised by the clever writing and comedy style. They definitely did the franchise proud. I loved Liam Neeson as the lead & Pamela Anderson as the love interest. He did an amazing job! Overall I found all the actors did a great job. They managed to capture the slapstick comedy & juvenile humour that made the original so charming while updating the jokes and having an interesting plot.

I have no idea how this got such good ratings. The dialogue is brutal & the writing is like a high school student project.

A touching movie that is well written and well acted. A lovely break from the constant nauseating drivel that Netflix keeps pumping out.
