Okay, speaking as a 14 year old and not growing up with the first Lion King that many of the Adults who make their official reviews use as reference, I still saw the original lion king just as much as they probably did, and I have to say, this wasn’t a bad movie as other reviewers might suggest. It’s still fun to watch! BUT, compared to the original movie, this was kinda disappointing. Yes some scenes were cut and Scars only song was reduced to ruble, and I have to say, I kinda miss Timon’s original voice (his voice acting wasn’t bad, it’s just that the last person was kinda better), and memorable cartoon sequences were rarely present, we still have to remember this is a live action movie. A live action movie means that some scenes have to be cut because it’s too cartoonish to put into a real life scene. And the original lion king had many. The story remained the same for the most part. So all I have to say is, other than the voice acting, this was overall a decent movie
