I'm sure Netflix are paying a handsome fee to harlen cobain for rights to his books, but even he must have held his head in shame at what Netflix did to this adaptation. The acting alone is OTT, the bad guy looks like a character from a bad video game and don't get me started with the fight scenes I haven't read the book, but this Netflix adaptation does not do the book one bit of justice. After 5 episode, i could no longer stomach this pile of tripe; either Netflix has paid off the critics to give this tv adaptation top marks or I'm watching a different series. The only thing decent is the story itself, but everything is let down by the awful acting and fight scenes. Next time Netflix does an adaptation, please get the guy who directed Tell No One to take the reins

The subject matter thought provoking and you did think it was going to be a battle of will between the 2 female leads(Rosamund Pike and the elder actress). Unfortunately halfway through the movie it's almost as if the producer's chickened out of the controversial subject matter of elder abuse and then went for bogstandard cheap thriller. This film had potential of being an excellent movie, it's just a shame the producer turned coward's halfway through the movie

Ever since farcry 3, the makers have been trying to create better characters and a better story line, however in this case the story is irrelevant The game is decent, but the non talking characters was a massive mistake by the makers Gordon Freeman in half-life can get away with it because it had an excellent storyline to compensate for his non-talking character Farcry5 have a basic storyline that cannot compensate for boring characters. There is of course the Adele character who you can call to blitz enemy's with her helicopter so long as you can put up with her sexual innuendos
