I love the Kitchen and all the episodes teach me something new every time. The down side is that Sunny Anderson never STOPS talking. It would be more successful if Sunny would keep quiet from time to time and let the viewing audience hear a bit more of the recipe being demonstrated. I really try to hang in there (so to speak) but sometimes I just can't take all the banter and turn the show off. I truly love Sunny and look forward to the days when she speaks less.

Congrats on your success. I love watching your show, even reruns but sadly need to tell you that I can't watch anymore. My objection is to one of the commercials about abuse of animals. It comes as a surprise when the commercial airs. I'm not fond of the feeling of sadness it gives me when I'm so excited about the episode of Ghost Adventures currently showing. You should know that I am an avid lover of animals (all types) and donate and support all avenues of help to abused animals, but PLEASE PLEASE take this commercial off of your programming so I can watch again. Thank you . . .
