For those asking about locations, times, wars. This movie is not a documentary, it is about the waste of war " fighting for lines and creases on a map that we did not even know they were there before", it is about the villains and heroes for the evening news, about the justice/injustice and gray lines of war. The intimate relationship between the General (old and savvy) and the Maid (Young and naive), their reasonings and justifications. The pace of the movie is just right, slow, monotone, the " tenseness" is in the relationship, the situation. There are no distractions to make it "tense" , " suspenseful" or "exiting" there is no need for a reverse ticking clock for a bomb to go off or a pendulum with a blade cutting someone slowly in half waiting for batman to burst in a window. Movie was perfect, because poor reviews like the ones I see here, this movie may not get the credit it deserves.
Glad I found it , glad I saw it.
