While the first episode was honestly quite painful it only gets better and genuinely interesting. There are still many moments that are straight out of family guy and, while I do love Seth's other work, it does not go well with the rest of the tone. Overall I am enjoying this show and will follow it closely for years to come as long as they continue to experiment and have fun ideas to add to the mix. Another thing this show has done is made me go back and watch the original Star Trek as this show reminds and yet is different enough I can enjoy each for what it has to offer.
